1 blower generated blow off systems are custom engineered
systems which provide superior surface cleaning on a variety of materials and
surfaces, designed to strip moisture, fluid film, static charge, dust and
particulate matter , as well as for cooling and coating control processes
by means of economical, clean, blower generated air.
Air Force 1 High Penetration Air Knives, with aluminum bodies and cast aluminum
ends are custom made from 6 inches to 120 inches (150 mm to 3000mm). A
continuous stream of high velocity air is delivered by the blower to the
air plenum chamber of an air knife, and exits through the full length,
adjustable, scientifically designed air stream orifice. Air Knives are
also available in PVC or Stainless Steel.

Air Force 1 blowers have been developed to meet the increasing demand for high
performance and energy efficiency, in both standard and compact models. AF1
blowers are suitable for continuous running operations, as well as
replacement of high energy consuming compressed air blow-off systems.
Available in both low maintenance direct drive or auto belt tensioning arrangements.
